Where is Aidan ? - Guild Wars Forums

This guy is surposed to be in wizards folly. He gives you ignite arrows and duel shot for rangers. I've been all over and can't find him.

In the Ashford village area where Devona is, one of the NPCs gives you a quest called Hunter's Horn or something, and that'll lead you to Aidan, if I remember.
